About the Role
Therapy Services are a unique team covering the Midland region specialising in supporting individuals aged 15 and older with intellectual disabilities, who also have complex physical and/or sensory disabilities impacting their function. We work respectfully alongside individuals and their support systems to achieve a quality of life that upholds dignity, comfort, and independence. Based at our Tauranga site located in The Kollective, the position is with Community Living Therapy Services. You will have the use of a vehicle and be provided with a laptop to attend visits.
No two days are the same. Our services include housing modifications, prescribing equipment – including wheelchairs and 24-hour positioning, education, and advocacy for the people we support who live in the community. Your ability to problem-solve and your drive for equitable health outcomes are essential.

Requirements
- New Zealand registered Occupational Therapist with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Sound clinical reasoning skills and use of evidence informed practice
- Experience using the Enable funding process (preferred)
- Full current New Zealand Drivers Licence
- The ability to pass a Police and Oranga Tamariki check
